Match Card Template

Whilst the ODFA have introduced the E-Score card, where each team submits the results of the match through the E-Score system on the ODFA website, completing the paper Match Card is still required. Over the last few years, the standard of Match cards that have been submitted has been dropping. 

 

The ODFA has clearly defined rules about filling out Match Cards. See the ODFA rules here. If the match card is not filled out correctly detailing the correct information or the match card is illegible then the game can be classed as unofficial and no points or goals awarded.

 

To make it easier to complete the match card, you can download the ODFA Match Card Template, and all you need to do is fill in your player details and cut this out and stick it to the match card.
